Click on the departure date and select the desired check-out date. Click Search, and the available dates and room options will populate. From there, guests can simply continue through the reservation process.

PAYMENTS
Registration online is greatly appreciated! You can pay by credit card or by mail. At the end of registration you will be given the option to pay by credit card or you can print an invoice that you can mail in with your payment. Any payments or registrations by mail should be sent at least one week before the conference to arrive in time. Thank you!
