2009 OVSC SUMMIT

Join us for the 2009 OVSC Summit, May 29-31, in downtown Cincinnati. Our theme this year is "Oktoberfest in May" and, in the spirit of that great German festival, we plan to party all weekend! Don't delay – registration deadline is May 8.
This is your chance to meet reps from all the top ski resorts, preview next year's North American and international OVSC trips, and learn more about running your clubs. It's also your chance to take a mini-vacation in Cincinnati because we have lots of fun activities planned. And, we have a great rate at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, a beautiful 4-star hotel and National Historic Landmark in the heart of downtown. With its rare Brazilian rosewood paneling, German Silver-nickel light fixtures, and soaring ceiling murals, our hotel is one of the world's finest examples of French Art Deco.
Come Friday for a splash in the river and tour on our Duck boats, take in 18 holes at one of our premier golf courses, and enjoy a welcoming party with all of your OVSC friends and ski industry reps.
Saturday morning starts with a champagne breakfast cruise on the Ohio River or a guided 20-mile bicycle ride through the city. Afternoon activities include the informative ski industry trade show followed by a beer-tasting event at the Hofbrauhaus. Then join us for cocktails, a wonderful dinner, a preview of next year's western trips, and finally, a fun dance.
Sunday morning offers a tasty breakfast buffet, the international trip presentations, valuable business sessions on how to run a better ski club, and then an opportunity to win some great prizes.
If you'd like to extend your stay in Cincinnati, the low hotel rate at the Netherland is valid Thursday through Sunday. Members of the Cincinnati Ski Club would be happy to meet you Thursday night to show you around or you can enjoy the city on your own.
